The Farm (as we’re known locally) has been here for more than 100 years.
Sparrow Hill is the perfect place for couples who are looking for a
wedding venue that fosters deep connection among their favorite people, peace-filled time away from the hustle & bustle, and a memory-making celebration.
Owned & operated since 2018 by two wedding photographers turned farm folks,
Sparrow Hill sits on 55-acres of picturesque farmland, with four original-yet-retrofitted buildings to host your wedding guests for the party of a lifetime— and maybe even some of the best sleep of their life. (We’ve heard that, too.)

The Cottage sleeps 5-10 people with a downstairs bedroom and a kitchenette. The Cottage’s “moments room” serves as an excellent location for final touches as you get dressed—the brilliant natural light makes the space a photographer’s dream to shoot in

Our most accessible outdoor ceremony location is the Overlook. Just outside the cottage, the Overlook can seat up to 250 guests on handmade benches along our cobblestone walkway that serves as the perfect aisle for your ceremony.

Our 40 ft. by 120ft enclosed pavilion can comfortably fit all of your guests with tables and chairs for 250. The transitional space gives you a beautiful indoor-outdoor vibe in any season. The doors around three full sides of the room can be opened to enjoy the Summer nights, but we also have full heating to keep the space warm well into the Fall.
The twinkle lights, chandelier, and handmade bar make the Pavilion the perfect reception space—with tables, chairs & linens included!

Formerly a corn crib, the Hall was originally a renovated building for a bed & breakfast. The hall can be dressed up or down however you like. Many couples use it for their rehearsal dinner, or as a small ceremony venue. The signature two-story windows make it one of our prettiest spaces including a large family kitchen—a great place for brunch on Sunday!.

This is the view that makes everyone fall in love with Sparrow Hill. Elevated about 150ft above the Overlook, this grassy clearing provides a picturesque backdrop for intimate ceremonies, first looks, portraits and private vow readings.

Around The Farm:
Originally a working barn, this space houses your bridal party and VIP guests on the middle and upper floors.
The lodge also features two bedrooms, and bathrooms, an open space that’s great for hanging out, and the beautiful deck overlooking the property where your guests can watch the sunrise.

Down the steps from The Lodge, you’ll find the Grooms Lounge. Featuring a pool table, comfy couches, and a TV, the Grooms Lounge is an excellent place for hanging out and getting ready before the ceremony.
The space features beautiful natural light, gorgeous exposed (original!) beams, and stonework. There’s a bedroom and a separate bunk room, as well as our favorite part of the property: the patio & fire pit perfect for any after party.
