Planning a wedding gets expensive fast—we get it.
So we’ll cut to the chase: your investment at Sparrow Hill gets you
access to every guest building on the property for the entire weekend.
(It’s like having your own, intimate & tranquil farm in the family—
without waking up at dawn to feed the chickens yourself.)
From there, depending on which celebration package you choose,
we can help take care of things like finding & choosing trusted vendors, catering, hair & makeup, photography and more.
If you're hoping to fall in love with your venue, make a meaningful connection with an event planner and then show up to your wedding with a peace of mind that everything has been handled for you and with you, this is the collection for you. Our on site wedding planner will hold your hand every step of the way, and help you choose your meals, DJ, photographer, videographer, flowers, and everything in between. This all inclusive package includes every vendor you need for a fantastic day.
You just provide the dress, the officiant, and the fiancé.
If you have a few favorite vendors you love, but still want our hands-on service and event coordination, the core collection is a good fit for you. In addition to our signature full weekend venue rental, an all inclusive catering and bar package, your DJ and Photographers, you'll also have a professional event coordinator who will help you find the best of the best in everything else.
“I’m usually the one who likes to do everything myself, but Jeanette was the perfect in-between; she knew what I wanted and was able to pick vendors and make my ideas come to life without me having to figure out how to do it.”
Our signature venue rental includes the entire weekend at The Farm, seating for up to 250 people, multiple ceremony locations on our 55 acres of beautiful land, and lodging for the entire bridal party for the weekend. We have no required vendors, so you can DIY it as much as you'd like, or ask for our input to help you create your dream wedding at your budget.
"I loved everything the team had to offer: I loved how down-to-earth and real they are.”
